Oh goodness..loaf a bit ..! ha you deserve it..THEN go and run! ha...and glad you liked it....it's kind of humid out..not at 'crisp' and fresh as I like...must be hard to run in the hot hot weather...Hope you remember to drink lots of liquids on 'those' day Vulcan! Hope it's great...the loafing 'and' the run' !!

Here is an AWESOME tip for summer time.. I can't believe I just learned of it.. but it is amazing.
Ok.. so don't you absolutely HATE getting into a hot car that's been sitting in the sun? Probably did what I used to do.. that is.. roll the windows down.. blast the AC.. and just wait it out.
Here's what to do for an instant 15 degree (Fahrenheit) drop.
1) Start your car.. and lower the passenger side front window only.
2) Now open and close the drivers door rapidly for 30 seconds.. you don't actually close it.. just almost close it..
your pushing the hot air out.. and bringing the cooler air inside. I was surprised at how well it works..
