Clearomizer that suits the VAMO

I'm looking for a "clearomizer" that has a large capacity and is the same diameter as the VAMO v2.

There are plenty of carto tanks that look great, and fit well, but I taste the foam in a carto and much much prefer a wick-based clearomizer (I don't care that it's clear, I just want the wick, and apparently that name comes from the wick facilitating it being clear).

I really like the form and appearance of the "Trap tank", but it uses cartos.

Any suggestions? Thanks! : )

The Vivi nova 3.5 ml metal silver fits perfectly ($12), as does the pro-tank($15-$16). Now the EVOD in stainless is smaller in diameter but it's a great clearo. It's bottom coil like the pro-tank, but tighter draw with great vapor and all for around $6.

Do you know if you prefer a top coil or a bottom coil device?

Thanks for the suggestions. I googled them all and they all seem to be a smaller diameter..

The thing is, I look at this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vamo/420845-post-pics-your-beautiful-vamos-all-enjoy.html

and they all look like tiny robots with boobs wearing pointy hats.

And it seems like a waste of space. It could be shorter and hold the same volume if it was the same diameter.

Oooooh, the aga-t looks nice. Being the same diameter, it looks like one device instead of a juice hat.

For me clearos are at the bottom of my list, I use IGO-l on my vamo, it uses wick and the flavor is awesome. After about two days, clearomizers are never the same for me. I get burnt and bad taste. The vivi nova is probably the best clearomizer that ive used but it still gave me a lot of bad taste.

edit: plus the igo-l looks great on the vamo

Please do not choose your topper based solely on looks--what really matters is performance.

You do realize that the AGA-T is an RBA, don't you? Are you ready for that? Have you researched rebuildables at all?

Start with something ready made, you can always move to rebuildables later in your vaping career.

I am using the Vamo with the vivi nova v2 and also a ata t2 rba. While the ata t2 is a perfect fit, it can be a slight hassle to build the coil and wick perfectly for the first few times. The vivi nova is slightly smaller but still looks good. There is the mini nova that is way too skinny for the vamo and the fatter ones are just slightly smaller. You can always get a clone that is the same size in ss, gunmetal and both the silver and black chrome (when in stock from China). They have a window to see amount of juice. You can also practice building the wick and coil on them and when you are practicing, just buy new heads to use.

I am not sure about the size of the oddy or any oddy clone but the oddy when built well is very clean and a good vape according to pbusardo on taste your juice/youtube. After researching the different rba and practicing building wick and coil (youtube videos are available to build a wick with mesh or mesh wick for the nova then you will be more ready for a rba.

I rebuild my nova heads now and have both my novas and my ata t2 coils at 1.8 ohms and love it. Novas have ss mesh and wick core at the coil and wick into the tank and the ata t2 just a ss mesh. The novas give a tighter draw and rich taste while the ata t2 offers a cleaner/clearer taste but no real draw on "inhale" (almist airy).

I also have a problem with the ata t2 while using the vamo in watts and have to change to volts. I don't get a nice TH in watts. Maybe just something I am doing but thought to mention it.
