So 30+ days analog free I have spent much time energy and money into finding and messing around with various setups.
I came across clearomizers the other day and they seemed promising. I am speaking specifically of the Vision EGO Stardust. They look like this: Hold 1.6ml juice

So i purchased one for my 510 Thread battery and ran into issues. 1st issue it had a crazy hard draw to the point I thought my head would explode. Found out although my battery is a 510 thread (volcano inferno) It needed a 510 adapter (I guess 510 to 510) Problem solved.. Loose draw.
Next problem, although it vaped I was getting dry hits consistently, and then the hits I was getting were basically flavorless. 2 Days back and fourth wasting a lot of juice I jumped on the forums.
Now there is lots of info on what to do... Involving pulling it apart, lubing the pieces, fraying the wicks etc. etc. And I read all of the How - to's.
I then proceeded to pull apart my clearomizer last night using bits and pieces of knowledge that I picked up...allow me to give a straight forward instructional of what I did and the results (which were spectacular)
1. The bottom metal piece that connects to the battery, pull the ring off. I took pliers, gripped it from the ring and yanked it. Came right off with a little force.
2. I screwed it on my battery and pull the plastic tube surrounding OFF. (whats left is the atomizer wicks etc all the insides attached the the battery)
3. I twisted it off the battery and laid it on a napkin.
4. I separated the wicks (yes, they were all twirled together I un-twirled them to let them hang freely separated) and begin to fray the bottoms a little with a scissor. Not cutting them, but fraying, rubbing against the bottom like one would shave with a straight edge.
5. There is a little plastic "cup" thing at the top that goes on top of the wick and the atomizer. I pulled that off and cut two notches in it, and put it back on (so where the notches are placed over where the wick is)
6. I put the plastic tubing back around everything, placed the bottom metal ring back on and attached it to my battery.
7. Filled it up with 1.6ml of e-juice
8. Screwed the top back on and proceed to vape.
9. WOW. Flavor! Massive amounts of vapor!
Why the manufacturer doesn't create them like this is BEYOND me. But I have been puffing away on this thing since with total flavor and vapor production. I love it!
Hope this helps somebody.
