Hey, everyone, my first post here.
I just started vaping, recieved my MVP3 and Nautilus Mini this Monday(Already managed to break the glass while trying to change the atomizer the first day :D , vaping some cheap no-name clearo I bought localy right now, waiting for the replacement glass to come from fasttech, it's just 2 eur for 2 lol)
So I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on if there is some kind of a cheap clearo I'd be able to vape till the very last pill of the liquid, leak-free, with no burnt taste, or atleast what kind of clearo would suit better - long wick, short wick, wickless, bottom/top ? Would CE4+ or CE5-S(Aspire) do?
Thanks in advance! :)

Hi sfx42O and welcome to the forum!

You want a bootom coils clearo. They wick better. Also, you don't want to vape it "till the very last", or it won't wick properly. you want to refill when it gets down to 1/3 full. That's true with any tank. They work off of a vacuum principle.

Hope it helps and Happy Vaping!

you run the risk of burning the coil/getting a dryhit running them totally empty. most cheap clearos are top coils and its impossible to run them all the way empty. a bottom coil you can run pretty low. i personally never run them empty as ive had dry hits before and there horrible. protank3s are around 8 bucks. its a solid tank with a bottom coil, its made out of glass with no glued in parts, so you can run tank cracking juices in it with no problems. coils run about 10 bucks a 5 pack? i think. i haven't gottin any in awhile, you can run them pretty low. its got a tighter draw then a nautilus but better then a cheap clearo top coiler.

Thanks a lot for replies!
I suppose cartomizers are vapeable "till the very last", aren't they?
P.S. I'm not actually thinking of swapping my Nautilus or something, this would be for some other needs :)

Cartomizers can be vaped until dry, but they will last longer if you refill them before they are empty. They will burn when dry, which is fine if you are using them once and throwing them out.

Hiya SFX, Welcome to ECF!! As others have said, you really don't want to vape them totally dry, but I gotta say, I've done that with my full size nautilus a couple times, cuz I just didn't realize it. First time I got a slight burnt hit, second time none at all, was shocked it was dry.

Here is a good inexpensive bottom coil clearo.

ASPIRE VIVI NOVA-S GLASS - Clearance

Don't know what shipping to UK would be.

I use an iClear 16 and can usually vape til the tank is empty. Once I get there, I have to turn it upside down to get anything more out of the wicks since it's top coil. However since I'm not planning to throw it out or replace the coils every time I empty the tank, I usually refill when I'm down to 1/4 of the tank. Then I don't have to worry about the burnt taste or using gravity to suck the last bit out. Those are truly emergency situations.

I'm a big fan of the CE5's, I don't like exposed wicks cause I think it makes it harder to switch out flavors... i've never had problems with leakage or burnt taste, but you do need to make sure you get the 510 threaded version, or a 510 replacement base -- I made that mistake the first time around and got an ego base so obviously it didn't work out too well.....
