Hello,
so I picked up a few clearomizers, filled one about halfway full, started to vape and....plenty of vapor, but no flavor, so I decided to fill it and just vape for a few hours and see how it goes. well here I am 1 day later and my clearomizer still doesn't not taste right. IM USING HALO juice and that stuff has plenty of flavor too it, right now it just seems like such a waste me putting my freedom juice in there. any suggestions to get my flavor out of these things? should I clean before using/dry burn before using? any advice with these would be great, I'm new to these things to so any modding with it or tampering could you please thoroughly explain? thank you in advance.

If your talking about ce2 clearomizers then the answer is, they are fail. They just dont work very good in general, ce3 is pretty bad too

so I've heard, but I've also heard people talking about messing around with them and getting the full potential and they work great, I'm on my second fill and it still has not much of a taste at all, ugh there's gotta be something I can do to get the flavor out, idk if it comes with primer or something and it's just gonna take a little bit to get to the flavor of the juice or if I'm just dumping juice in here for no reason, I'm getting my Nic fix just no flavor fix haha

Unfortunately that's kind of the way these work. If you pull the cup seal out and use the smaller o-ring to seal the juice in they will wick better. Kind of. They sre uber inconsistent. I just placed an order for some resurrectors because I'm sick of the inconsistency. I'd rather have every draw be really good than one draw in ten be amazing.

I have had great experiences with ce2s. I syringe mod mine and have no problems. In fact, I just had the first one out of a five pack pop the other day while dry burning it to clean it. I got his pack when I started vaping about four and a half months ago. Btw, I also use 100% VG juices in them with no issues.

I take them apart, stuff the guts into a section of 3ml syringe the same length as the original flimsy tube hey come in, and only use the silicone ring with the little holes in them to refill. I throw away the foam o-rings that are in them. I go through about three refills in a ce2 xl every day and they are still going strong except for the one I popped.

FWIW, I am not a fan of cartomizers because after a few fills I can taste the filler material in them more than the juice.

I think the ce3's work better than the ce2 but I'm not a person who's going to mod anything or clean anything or fool with it much. It either works or it doesn't is my opinion.

You might try the ce3 if you want a filler-less carto. Unlike the ce2, the ce3 has an atomizer on the bottom which is wick fed. The ce2 is fighting gravity but the ce3 isn't. There's definitely SOME minor leaking with the ce3 mainly just after filling and now and again you'll have to mop the top but for the most part all the flavor and vapor production is there. It beats the filler type cartos, last about 2 weeks (give or take a day or two) and the only real down side is trying to get the tiny plug back into the thing after a syringe fill. I've got a review of the ce3 up with some folks commenting back and forth on the advantages/disadvantages if you are interested.

I decided to try the new CE2 Fluxomizers from GotVapes, out of the box they were horrible tasting mostly burnt. so this is what I did, I popped out the mouthpiece(throw it away cuz I use driptips) than pop out the o ring, finally pop out the cup that's hugging the wicks/coil (no need for this cup anymore), now take that o ring that was on top of the cup(ridges facing down) and place it where the cup was, press evenly down on all sides of the o ring, fit it nice and snug, NOW IT'S AN AMAZING FLAVORFUL VAPE, no leaking, no nasty taste, NOTHING! I been using my fluxomizer like this for a few days and still have yet to get a nasty taste. I am absolutely in love with these fluxomizers now, and these new ones use a completely different plastic for the tubing and it will absolutely not crack at all, I've dropped it, taken it apart multiple times, shoved driptips in there, THEY DON'T CRACK!!! now I just would like to find a tank that these fluxomizers can fit in and I'm set!

I loved the fluxomizers as well... until I got 3 bad boxes in a row. Smashed wicks, burnt taste no matter what juice I put in. Seems like they are aware and just shut out feedback regarding this. DC cartos and high voltage are my new friends.

did you trying fooling with the fluxomizers? fluffing the wicks? taking that cup that is clearly too tight out? dry burning before use? even cleaning before use helps ALOT. fluffing the wicks is one of the main things I realized is like a MUST DO with these things.

So you're removing the ceramic cup?

Yeah, these problems persisted even with all of the common fiddling posted in the gotvapes forum. I didn't give up on them easily. I do the seal mod (remove the plugs, invert the o-ring and use it as the cup seal) as SOP. Fluffing the wicks didn't help... the wicks were not intact to begin with. They were smashed flat and almost all of them were sheared off to some extent out of the box. I even rearranged the coils so they were spaced evenly and not sitting in a tight group in the middle of the wick. I would fill them and let them sit overnight to saturate the wicks. Nothing I could think of would improve the performance.

It's a shame too... my first 3 boxes of them were perfect. Didn't have one bad unit in the beginning. The vape they give is so much better than anything I've tried so far... if the quality were consistent I'd order more.

no, there is a mouthpiece, a rubber O-ring, and than a rubber cup thing that sits very tightly over the ceramic cup, pop that rubber cup thing out, and just place the rubber O-ring snug down with the ridges facing down

Thanks...was just wondering if I was missing something lol.

I've just starting using these in the past few days. So far just wow!

I'm running one cup modded 3.5ohm fluxo in a tank vaping 100%VG at 5.2v. Absolute clouds of vapor with just an easy one second draw.

I'm no fan of GV either. They consistently make wild claims and you get the product and it doesn't perform. I have to give them some credit for trying to make a better innovative product, but they continually release half-assed products to the buying public with not enough testing.

GREAT! I'm happy you got it performing at its full potential. See most people take 1 out of the package, fill it up, vape and than put it down and make these horrible reviews. Fiddle with it for a few minutes, and they perform amazing every single time. my next move is to try out GotVapes newest product the GotVapes Vortex 2.0. Heard they perform like a God hahaha. check them out here. http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?m...cPath=108&products_id=437&number_of_uploads=0 .... they're doing 8% off the 2.4 OHM 5pack, comes to $10.95 which seems like a great deal to me if they last nearly as long as the fluxomizers. think I'm gonna place my order tonight to try them out for this week.

Why does the customer have to fiddle with it though? Why doesn't the manufacturer make it so that it works to begin with?

The vortex leaks like a sieve and has incredible wicking problems...you'll have juice in the center tube by the 2nd fill...and you'll get a bunch of juice in your mouth as well. Good luck.
