Hopefully someone has a solution to this problem. It seems that if I fill a clearomizer and set them down and do not use them awhile they tend to leak somewhere. I noticed that if they are on there side this happens too. I can not find any where they are leaking. I come back a few hours later and they are empty. I am wondering if these things continue to wick if left alone for any length of time and are draining out the center hole. Is their a way to prevent this from happening?

You could try putting a condom on both ends of the clearo when you leave it sitting. That might show you which end the leaking is coming from.
I also seem to remember reading that the heat shrink seal around the ceramic cup can be loose and let juice get in the center post.
I can't imagine your juice evaporating in a matter of a few hours, so there has to be somewhere where a steady seepage is occurring.
