I loved the old madvapes cheap clearomizers. In the beginning I cracked a couple...big deal..I learned to be careful with them. people started complaining and it seems you cant find em anywhere now or they charge $8 a piece for "crack resistant" tubes...uggh big babies. I ordered some fancy blue ones with LED from Gotvapes and they were horrible...non-useable...just a bad vape.

I just want the old cheap ones back 2-3 bucks each they last forever. People always want to fix things that arent broken.

I need to find a source of clearomizers now.

I have the gotvapes ce2 fluxomizer deluxe and think they are only OK. 3.5ohm in green on my provari doesn't wick fast enough and gives me burned flavor on 20/80 juice.

Tilting helps but cloud production gets hurt. I snipped the wicks off and ended up using it as a direct drip @ 6.0v/3.5ohm which gives me best flavor. However something about it really dried out my sinuses and caused some bloody boogers in the morning and makes my allergies worse than they are already.

They win on flavor but lose on actually working as intended on the power and juice that I enjoy. I use my boge 3.0 + tank on the go and swap to fluxo drip at my desk.

Yes I know I could use an atty but I have 2 packs of these to get rid of. They switch flavors real easy too when dripping. One drop is 2 fat hits then burn and blow till red hot and swap flavors.

I like litecigusa.net clearomizers they are top feed. Only issue is they don't have a screw down mouth piece like the vision ego which is all I use now. I use an ego-t but you can use this on 510 thread. Vision 510 Clearomizers V2 510.jpg

New Style MAGMA CLEAROMIZERS from Volcano E-cigs

These are the clearomizers I use and I think they are great!.
If you decide to purchase these make sure they are the NEW STYLE, I believe they are still selling their remaining stock of the ORIGINAL OLD STYLE CLEAROMIZERS that had issues along with the NEW STYLE...

Good luck!

Pete

I just got these this morning and I'm in love :(. The sad part is I bought them for bf's Magma and tried it on my Inferno and loved it and I have 2 extra tankos on the way. I know they are VERY popular at Volcano and run out quickly. No trouble so far, but still on day 1.

I am using one of these as well, the taste from these is pretty awesome! I am using them on my Ego right now I can't wait to try them out on my Lavatube. The only I have with these is that once you get low on juice you get dry hits from time to time.

I use volcanos mega clearomizers almost exclusively now. Cleanest hit and best flavor i have experienced. Dripping is great, but i always make a mess, flood it, dry hits, etc. The clearos just seem to work for me. I have a few packs of them, different flavors, etc. The one i use with my daily is in its third month of daily use and has no issues.

I have had one here and there that has come loose on the bottom causing it to leak, so i toss it. Also, they do seem to crack, break fairly easy if your not careful.

In the end though, its the best method for me, so im willing to put up with the quirks when they do arise.

My number 1 request, would be for them to make an even bigger one. I think these hold a little over 1ml of juice. I fill it in the AM, during lunch, and 2-3 times at night, being syringe fill its kind of a pain the ..., but again, worth it overall to me.

I like CE2 for clean burning liquid at 4.5 to 5 watts.
I like dual coil for dirty burning liquid at 5.5 watts per coil.
When using DC at 4.5 watts per coil I use stronger eliquid.

the ce2 has a bunch of advantages over other designs.

1 coil on top. The coil is in a cuptowards the tip of the carto rather than at the bottom so it doesn;t overhet your batteries and cause blow outs. The downside is the tip can get a bit warm.

2 exposed coil. remove the rubber cover and you can actually get right at the coil, so they can be cleaned, which dramatically reduces costs.

3. very clean vape.

Downsides

1 leakage. Unless you are careful about how you reassemble the ce2 they can leak. Make sure the notches on the rubber gasket are over the wicks and that they are seated furmly. Also use the gasket cover. It seals the little holes and reduces leakage. Another thing that can be done is remove the gasket and gasket cover entirely and push the tip cover allthe way in to replace the gasket. This means no holes, but with a tool you can pop it back out again much more easily and fill it with a dropper.

2 breakage. you need to use a cone with ce2s. the bottom o ring connection is only so stron and they can come apart in your pocket with enough force, A cone prevents this.

3 creepy mystery stuff. In my last batch or ce2s i have noticed a nasty rubbery taste. After taking one apart i noticed the wick was presoakd with a flamable liquid and there was some sort of coating on the coil. When you get a new ce2, take it apart and use a propane lighter to burn off all the crap from the wick. you can get rid of the coil coating by dry burning it. This make s for a cleaner flavor and a longer lasting ecig.

Anyone know how the volcano compares to the GotVapes Fluxomizer CE2 Deluxe? Those also have a crack resistant tank with dual wicks.

They're probably exactly the same thing made in the same factory. Remember almost everything ecig comes from china. most of the "brands" are just resellers of stuff they get shipped from the real manufacturer with their name stamped on it.

Crack resistant you say? Ummmm...well...I bought 4 packs and every single one of them cracked out on me. I was using 80pg/20vg honeysuckle in all of them. They cracked out within 2 days. I won't buy them again.

did the bases have ridges on them or were they smooth? The old ce2s had hard plastic totally clear tubes that simply were not stron enough. the new ones have a different thicker and softer plastic that is quite hard to split. Luckily the noew tubes fit on the old bases so you can buy a pack of new style ones. You can tell the new style becuse the base connector is smooth all the way up and the tubes are not totally clear.
