Clearto for eGo C Twist

Love, love the vv Twist. Been using the MDCC from smok Tec (nice folks) vap is wonderful at 4v. However I'm looking to use a clearto to take the guess work out of refill time. Hate it to get that burnt hit that says FILL ME UP! Any suggestions? Aestetics are important but never trumps performance...know what I mean?

I've had great luck with the Vision 2.0 clearo, the mini vivi nova is nice too. I use the same setting 4v. In both I use 2.8ohm heads.

Same here. Both The Vivi Nova and Stardust work great on mine. I also like it at 4v but with the 2.4.
