Same here, using multiple devices from 5 different networks/IP addresses, all 403 forbidden. This is a server problem, not an IP problem. Clive confirmed on Twitter he's working with his hosting service to resolve the issue.

If this solves the issue it points to a problem with the DNS servers your network is using.
