I have a dual coil cartomizer with tank. Specifically this one Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizert is clogged. Hits slow. Any tips on getting it unclogged? maybe before actually cleaning it. Only had it for 2 days. Trying to unclogged it without taking the tank off, preferably. Has about 4ml of juice still in it.

Besides that its a real nice tank. But a boge LR cartomizer, hits better. But a tank that you dont have to mess with, for 2-3 days is nice. I used to smoke pack and half a day.

So any tips would be appreciated. Cant find how to unclogged a cartomizer, on u-tube. I only find ones for a atomizer.

What PG/VG are youusing and what color is the juice?

I know some people stick high VG juices in dual coils but even they will say it clogs it up faster. I use standard cartos and stick to thin clear juice, Pg w/20% or less VG and I avoid juices that drop flavoring sediment which is the other thing that clogs cartos badly. I look for nice clear juices since opaque and cloudy juices usually have sediment.

You can try putting in some thinner clearer juice or you can try cleaning and drying your carto

To pull up threads where methods are discussed, go to Google.com and do this search

And re cleaning - if the problem is that the coil itself has developed a hard baked on coating. cleaning doesn't help that much. But it can help if just the stuffing is clogged.

Straighten out a paper clip and CAREFULLY insert thru the battery end. Be very careful though bc you can break the coil or move the polyfill. If you hit any resistance dont force it. Move it around some and you should be able to go thru it. Once its all the way thru it carefully move the paper clip in circles. If can help open up the airflow some. You still might need to clean it or use a new one if it's really bad, but it should help some
