Well its definitely a creamy/custardy flavor with a tad of strawberry. It has a distinct tart flavor. I love it too. It's a complex flavor. I think they may add some extra tart.

Well I tried a mix today with Bavarian creamer strawberry and dragon fruit. The initial taste is on but a little heavy on the dragon fruit after taste. I'm gonna let it sit a few days and see what happens
