Hope you all had a nice day while I was cleamin my butts off den nappings
I know I did...
Started off with coffee... not a full cup but at least I had some...
Went over to my Sis's to help celebrate my Mom's 82nd birthday..
We had a great meal and BD cake... picked on everyone, everyone picked back
Went home and took myself a nap as well at @ 5pm... didn't get up 'til about 6:30pm
I'd like to blame the nap requirement on Yiddle's but I can't... My mind's been getting restless lately no matter how tired I am. Went to bed around 1-ish last night... rolled around in bed for a good 45min give or take... got up... piddled around trying to do anything boring... about 3am or so... I gave up, got out the last of some vodka I've had for a couple of years now ( alcohol started triggering migraines on occasion, so it wasn't worth the effort ).. made some homemade lemonade to mix with... Not sure what time I did get to sleep... last time I actually saw was about 3:30am or so.
Still not sure what is causing the mental restlessness... it's been going on for about 3-4 nights now. Perhaps its flashbacks from my younger years..
Computer advice if anyone knows.
My Dad has a PC (I'm Mac.) My sister (also PC) was visiting this weekend. Perfect timing as he was moving back to his apartment after being camped out down the hall for almost a month while they repaired a burst pipe/water leak.
While setting up his computer, her finger slipped or she touched something and the desktop folders and program shortcuts mushroomed in size. They were practically touching. Document icons were normal size.
She searched for everything she could think of including Display in the Control Panel (set to "small" and restarted the computer.) They are smaller now but still about twice the size of the document icons.
Dad's 94 and has glaucoma. He relies on habit a lot to use his computer so this is really throwing him.
Any thoughts? (I have remote access plus I'll be there on Tuesday.)

if you're talking about the size of the icons ON the desktop you can make them smaller or larger by pressing the 'Ctrl' button amd holding your mouse scroll with the wheel up or down. It will makes the size of the icons larger or smaller

My shortcut keys won't work remotely but I can fix it on Tuesday.
ETA: The CTRL key worked for this. I'll fine-tune the size on Tuesday but I got it pretty good now.

I learned that by mistake actually while I was playing with my hubbys puter
hope it helps ya. Just keep pressing the Ctrl at the same time you scroll and it'll change them
