Okay so before I tell this little story I need to explain what I do. I service and clean a certain brand of high end vacuum cleaners. A lady just came in to pick up her machine. She argued with me about it not being hers. I go by serial numbers so it just doesn't happen. I finally asked her why she thought it wasn't hers. She said because the brushroll was black and not wood. I had to tell her that the "black brushroll" was the same one she was looking at only it was clean now. She continued to not believe me "her house could never be dirty enough to turn it black".
