So I was talking to my mom and discussing grocery stores. We have 2 in this town, Wally World and one called woodmans. Wally world is way more expensive than the local one. Is that the way it is where you guys live or just here?

We have wally world and James's superstore. Both seem to be expensive but WW is a bit less so.

Where I live I shop at 4 different stores beliebes it or not. Not one single store carries everything at a reasonable price. And as far as Wallys, they jack up the price alot of times, sell stuff until you're hooked on it and then never restock it again. There are 2 others Publix and Winn Dixie near me that I never go into anymore cuz they think their crap don't stink and all their products are made of gold the prices are so high. My local town store just doesn't have the selection on alot of things. So I go in 2 different directions for shopping. And I still save money doing that instead of just one store for shopping. Also when the different events like the Daytona 500 or Bike Week or anything like that ALL the stores and gas stations jack up their prices to gouge ya on everything cuz the tourist will pay it :glare: It's not like it use to be when people who ran the grocery cared about the customers. Now it's all about money

See... this is where I differ's from a monkey a lot.... I own a shotgun and I'm not overly fond of oberly sinsitibe smoke alarms.... at first sign that I may have one.... I have one word for it.... PULL ... ->>boom<<-

Still... It does cause me to remember my first time trying to fry up an Indian Taco bread... at a time after I must of gotten rid of one of those pesky oberly sinsitible smoke alarms, cause I didn't habe one.... and before I got a temperature probe to test my oil with... man that stuff makes a lot of smoke. I filled the apartment in no time flat... and ruined a batch of bread in the process. I think we smelled the oil for a week after that. :D

BTW... those fries sound like they came out awesome

Also the saddest part of shopping is the local churches have a food banks and they give out to people who are struggling here. It has a few acres around the church itself and come food day (last friday of the month) there are cars parked ALL ober every inch of that yard :( That's how many people here locally can't afford grocerys enough to carry them thru the month

No horses of my own  but when I win the lottery, I will have lots!! :w00t::w00t::banana::banana::w00t::w00t::banana::banana:
That's just the thing, to care properly for a horse cost quite a bit of money most people don't realize that. They are the most magnificant friends a person could have. They need to be honored with the proper feed and care. I don't have the income I once had so I'd rather not make one suffer. I'll go without :)
