LOL at that picture. I just replaced the HardDrive on a laptop because someone got upset it was running slow and banged her fist on the laptop. Unfortunately, it was right above the HD and she crashed it. I tried to get some of her docs by freezing the crashed HD. Luckily, she had her photos backed up on DVDs.
