Closed Ticket 5181?

Hi Newsunshine, on the 1st August I opened a ticket regarding two DOA KR808D batteries. I was told to post them back, which I did. Yesterday I went to my ticket to ask when my batteries would be returned. I am about to place a new order, and thought that the batteries could be posted together. Anyway, now my ticket says 'resolved'? What must I do? Does that mean that my batteries have been posted? Must I open a new ticket?

Normally when a customer knows how to get a new free replacement, we will change the ticket status to resolved. so we won't get them messed with other tickets waiting for reply.
You do not need to post a new ticket. Just leave a comment: please send send replacements. refer to ticket 518. so our guy will check ticket records and send replacements together.
