I didn't mean to come off as a whiner. Truly.
I just spoke with a lovely customer service representative and I think I got my situation straightened out.
And I DO appreciate good customer service like that...because I was dealing with a company that would lie to you without a second thought and make promises they never kept. You gotta love the good ones.

I just chatted with customer service on the site - Tim was super helpful, gave me my tracking #s for my replacement batteries. Problem is everything is still slow because of the weather - my packages are just sitting at the post office in Chicago.

That's not the problem KK; the problem is you're not around regularly enough anymore for people to get to know you like we do

When i first started vaping i didn't have enough batteries either. I got a passthrough to use at the computer and/or car & save the life on my batteries. I can smoke if I want to, but don't want to - yuck. The wire still annoys me, but is sure better than a cig.

I made a little "goof" yesterday when I was doing tickets at home....i accidently closed about 10 tickets by mistake....just reopen the ticket or give us a call....sorry about that
