Hi all
as I can not post in the review section yet I thought I would write a review on my dealings with C9V so far here instead.

Well I have only dealt with Lisa via email sofar but OMG what a service,asked a question on the website just before 10:30 pm last night and was not expecting an answer untill this morning, oh boy was I wrong. Answer appeared in my email by 10:36 pm lol.
I even told lisa to go to bed as it was late

I also had a few changes to make to my order to do with a supposed ego c batt (not purchased from C9V by the way) going weird on me, which Lisa dealt with without and problems.

All in all so far a brilliant experience, will use C9V again if the customer service islike this all the time.

I was so impressed I even sent Lisa a big hug

Me and the hubby get pretty much all our stuff from Cloud 9, i am a total fangirl of Lisa's Can't fault her products and excellent service

Well and another order delivered well packed and after me causing Lisa some aggro with address changes and postage changes 100 out of 10.
And another big hug for Lisa.
So far C9V has been a dream company
