I've been a member since Jan but have been lurking around the forums for over 6 months or so. Since i'm only allowed to post in the new members section i want to warn everyone about how poor the customer service cov has.

I ordered a map tank from cov and it arrived in the normal shipping time. Everything was packed ok so it wasn't damaged on the way here. I filled my map tank with juice, and placed it on my provari. Pretty underwhelming vapor production. I thought it was my provari and tried a cartomizer. Worked perfect. Next day i look at my map tank a little closer. There were 5 cracks along the seal of my map tank, and juice was leaking out of the tank. I immediately sent a ticket to bruce. I waited and waited. The next week i sent another, no response. It's now march 3rd. I urge everyone, avoid this company like the plague.

Welcome kinslayer and sorry to hear about your problem with the MAP. I just got one about a week ago and it is working pretty well. I also sent a help ticket in and did not get a response. It is possible that there is an issue with that system. Have you tried his sub forum or PM'd him about this. I thought the no response was weird too since he is usually really good about getting back using the above mentioned methods. Now I see your post and it makes me wonder if the help ticket thing is not working. Just a thought and I hope the issue gets resolved quickly for you.

Edit -Sorry I think you need a few more posts to do what I suggested.

LOL.. you gonna get a lot of different opinions about Bruce than yours. You should email him directly. His customer service is top notch. He replies to all emails I've sent very quick.

Sorry you had a bad experience, but I know that Bruce is much loved in the vaping community. He will do you right. His email: sales@cloudsofvapor.com .

PS. I think the ticket system not working right, as it's pretty new.
