On July 23rd, 2012, I ordered the 10 Pack of 2.0 ohm resistance atomizers from CloudsOfVapor. I always figured I couldn't go wrong with such a large shop and they were nice enough to answer my emails from the start regarding what to purchase and what to go with.

Everything was fine and dandy, but here comes the trouble.

In the 10 pack, which I split 5 with a buddy of mine to lessen the costs ($30 + shipping). I had 1 with extremely tight draw and one that dudded out after a few draws.

Well, I don't really mind, it's expected that these things are probably prone to failure at some point and I was only out $3 for one of them. I emailed them (July 31st, 2012) asking them if there was anything they could do or anything to suggest. No reply on the first email. No worries, I'll give them time, some shops are busy.

Two weeks pass by and I decide to email them again (August 13th, 2012). Once again, no reply after a full week which has brought me here to my negative review.

Sorry guys, this isn't how you do business with a customer that has an issue. If you fail to answer questions regarding products AFTER purchase, you're doing something wrong.

I'll never be purchasing again from CloudsOfVapor and I'll be sure to tell my friends to steer clear of your online store. Ignoring the customer is a pretty crappy thing to do.

I will double check now, I thought I had already sent you out a replacement atty, and responded to the CS tickets you had sent in. I apologize if I thought incorrectly, I most definitely remember your Tickets and I thought I had resolved them already.

I am very sorry I had not, I have been very busy, but that is no excuse.

At Clouds of Vapor we pride ourselves on great customer service and relations. I am sorry that I must have dropped the ball on your resolution.

I have sent you out a replacement and I offer you my sincerest apology. Please expect it in the mail soon.
