My name is Horacio Chavez and I placed an order with BombayVaping through their website bombayvaping.com on Dec. 29th 2013. I have attempted to contact them by email and phone several different times using the information on BOMBAYVAPING.COM, I'm not sure the policy on posting email addresses and phone numbers in the negative review section of the forums so I will not list them, but the information is publicly available on their site. My first email was sent on Jan 10, 2013 simply asking for information on my order, a days later Jan 11, 2013 I called, but no answer. Third attempt was on Jan 18th using the second email provided by their web site. I again asked for information, and expressed disappointment in the customer service. I again tried to reach them by phone a few days later with no answer again. I sent them another email today expressing that I would like my money back and for someone to contact me about when this would happen. I will be calling them again. At this point I am very upset it's been well over a month since I've placed my order. I've tried contacting them by every means posted on the web site. I loved their juice but this is just ridiculous. I hope they read this post and realize this is no way to run a business. If you are behind by that long let your customers know, and at the very least reply to emails and answer your phone. I would have been a faithful long time customer had this never happens. I may have even over looked the amount of time it has been if they had at the very least replied to my emails. But with still no juice delivered and no replay to my emails and they don't answer the phone. I will not be ordering from them again. I had only ordered from them once before back in June. I received the order with in a week or so. When I got the juice I put it away and forgot about it. I found it about a 1 1/2 months later, vaped it and loved it. So when I had to restock I ordered from them and have been waiting ever since buying over priced juice from a local vendor. I live in deep in the Mission/McAllen area of Texas and have only found one place that sells vaping products and it is pretty over priced. If anyone from my area knows of any vaping vendors in my area let me know.
