Any battery rated at 10A (continuous discharge) or greater will work in the CPmini. I look for high quality batteries with the largest mah that meet the above 10A minimum requirement.

Here's a half-handed list of a few decent choices:

1. LG MH1 - 3200mah (10A) superb cycle life (~2 days per charge).
2. Panasonic-Sanyo NCR18650GA - 3500mah (10A) pretty new. Should be excellent though
3. Panasonic NCR18650PF - 2900mah (10A)
and/or
Panasonic NCR18650BD - 3200mah (10A) Tried and true. Both Panny's are reliable and sturdy. Although, the BD is long and makes a real tight fit inside the CPmini. the PF fits just fine.
4. Samsung 30Q - 3000mah (15A)

5*. LG MJ1 - 3500mah (10A) very new. not sure if these are even available yet.
