clubhouse peppermint is it safe ?

Just wondering if its safe to mix this:

Its ingredients is: Propylene Glycole, Alcohol, oil of peppermint and spearmint. Thanks guys.

Never heard of it, looks like a grocery flavoring. Flavors need to be water soluble to mix, so using anything with oil is out unfortunately, hth!
