...seeks a Canada where Health Canada doesn't act like ignorant, pissant, gestapo-esq (insert your own colourful metaphor here).

I ordered my first ecig back in early 2008... Had some success and enjoyment over the years. About two months ago I decided to take another honest stab at kicking the analogs with help from an electronic alternative. The introduction of the 510-T also played a part in deciding to give it the ol' college try.

Back in the good ol' days, I ordered from the same couple of suppliers all the time. Prices were good, products were generally reliable, customer service was most excellent -- shipping time was really bothersome -- but for the most part, my orders always ended up in my hands.

But sadly... Health Canada and Canadian Customs are apparently playing bad cop... and bad cop... using their political power and hollow authority as leverage to circumvent the legal and legislative process. I believe even Jack McCoy would exclaim "They're bootstrapping your honour!".

Anyhoo... I found a topic that was Sticky'd over in the Canadian Forum that I was going to post a message in. Roughly along the lines of "Could someone also send me a PM with a recommendation or two? I want to be part of the super secret club!". But then I just found out I need to have contributed at least 5 times in this wee New Members Forum before I can even make a post in a different forum.

So... I guess I've got a few posts to kill before I can post over there... and be able to use the PM features too!

Any questions for me? Perhaps a skill testing question? A riddle? Or even a truth or dare thingy?

Cheers!

PS: Anyone that was wondering... CMSEJ is an acronym for Canadian Male Seeking E-juice. It's a play on personal ads. Get it?

I'm sure they'll do the same here in the states eventually when e-cigs start significantly cutting into government tobacco tax profits. No government legitimately gives a crap about public health, it's all about the money. Good luck in your search for a reliable supplier up there. :)

Ain't that the truth!!!

They'd effectively have to regulate the production and sale of nicotine liquid. PG/VG and all the flavorings are used in all sorts of other things, so they can't touch those. But if they lock down Nic Liquid, they have the e-cig industry by the balls.

Their biggest hurdle though will be getting the people to go along with it. Similar to prohibition, if a Jury won't convict someone for breaking the 'law', the law eventually goes away.

Hey even tho Health Canada is being douchy ... there's no problem getting your supplies mate, I always get my liquids in the USA , never once has custom nor HC stopped my packages!

And even if they do ban nicotine or nic based Ejuice .... theres nothing they can do about us getting some .. and if you account for all the drug and ppl trafficking that exist in any country, you know thtat theres no way they can stop us getting our supplies ;)
