hi, I put an order with cndvapor on saturday and paid via interact money transfer. I also sent the guy an e-mail, but no response yet. my account still shows the product is being processed. Have you guys ordered from cndvapor before. I am not worried about the money part of it but just curious and in an emergency situation to get some liquid. So do you guys know how long it takes him/her/them to ship the products? Thanks

Yeah, don't worry. Al is great to deal with. Been bothering him about an order on the weekend and he promised to ship it today on Easter Monday of all days too! I've been getting my packages in about 2 days from him (i'm in vancouver) so that's pretty good. So you should be faster I would think....

Yup, I'm sure he's enjoying the holiday as well, not to worry, Al is very prompt and will have your order out to you soon.
He's been excellent to deal with and yes, usually have the goods in 2-3 days at your door.

nice to know. It is good to have a good guy to deal with right here in Alberta

I put an order in late Wednesday with Al @ cdnvapor and he did his part to get it into the postal system on Thursday. With the looooong weekend it's been sitting in Edmonton ever since. I'm expecting that as soon as Canada post jumps to life somewhere around midnight tonight the tracking will show it either in Hamilton (I'll get it tomorrow) or Mississauga (I'll get the order on Wednesday).

not very good with the communication though are they ? :)

I really don't know. That is true that I sent him a couple of e-mails and got no reply BUT the first e-mail was to notify him that I had some problems with bank to do e-mail money transfer, but I solved the problem myself and sent him another e-mail telling him I did the transaction and to ignore my previous e-mail. And the last e-mail was letting him know I got the shipment. So, to be fair, I really didn't ask him any question to expect a reply. And I also think he is a very busy man so lack of communication? I really can't comment on that. The most important part was a good quality product, which I received, a fast shipment, which I received (got an e-mail saying the shipment was sent on Tuesday, received my package on Wednesday. of course I am much closer to him geographically than you) and good service. I ordered 20 bottles of different flavors and he sent me a few extras as well.

Shipments from Al has two legs, the mail truck from origin into Edmonton and then the flight to destination hub. The mail truck into Edmonton is long enough to be considered 1/2 the delivery time. Then depending on whether it starts out from the local post office in the morning or afternoon determiines which scheduled carrier flight it will get on.

Packages from e v take much less time on the mail truck going to Calgary but tend to get dropped off at the post office late in the day. But even still, for both, for delivery in Ontario it still is only 3 days (or 4 see below) - drop off day, travel day and delivered day.

Hamilton has a bonus with a local airport that is a major courier hub. 1/3 of Hamilton bound packages come into Toronto and 2/3 come into Hamilton. Packages into Toronto will always take an extra day for sorting and has a 4 day end-to-end time but may only take 3 days for a Toronto GTA address. Depending on the sync of post office drop off to carrier flight schedule a package could be just 2 days - drop off day + flight day (stradling midnight - direct to Hamilton) and delivery day.

The joys of being in Mississauga, I get a direct run from Edmonton to Toronto Pearson, then 3 minutes away from the airport to the Mississauga Gateway - Central Processing Facility for the GTA. So 3 days for me. I do agree CP can take their time coming to Edmonton, I imagine because of road work, speed limits, etc.

As for cdnvapor, never been a problem, quick processing, shipment and delivery. Always very prompt with communications (when he can be, keep in mind he is one guy handling a lot of orders and emails) Several times, I have even gotten a personal phone call (Show me many other suppliers who would do that.... not in this industry mind you). And if there is even the slightest hint of an issue, you can bet your house that Al will make sure you are happy.

I placed an order on Friday, and to my big surprise, he shipped it out Saturday at about noon. I didn't expect that at all.
