Can you charge these with a regular 510 charger? I already have a few of those. $20 for a 650mAh battery isn't a bad deal at all.

Nope..they have a special charger. So you definately have to purchase a charger.

The eastmall one has 750mAh i think..which is larger than the eGo...its a new device..cant remember the name.

Yeah, but that's for a full kit. The ego charger at heaven gifts is only $6.50. Might still be worth it for 1 battery and a charger. I don't want/need the cone or anything.

Yeah..i thought about that as well. But...I'm really bad about wanting to try everything out there....I probably won't try this. I'm really likeing my 5v box mod's at the moment. I want to find a 3.7 device that i really love as much. Maybe those attys from eastmall will do that for me.

Is what you are talking about as far as 750mAh batteries the same thing that is discussed here?

post #82 From what I'm reading there Eastmall should not be selling the XL batteries and there is a problem with the PCBs in them.

Yes you can if you get an extension adapter. The eGo battery is too fat to fit down inside the charge so they make an extension part that brings the connection further out. I don't know if it's worth the shipping cost to get one, though, since TW is the only place I know that sells them for the Tornado/eGo.

Also, the regular 510 charger takes much longer to charge than the fast charger they sell specifically for the eGo.

The battery in them are stronger mah than the eGo.

You're not the only one,lol There are so many new things I don't even know where to begin, lol

If anyone wanted to try the eGo this would be the best offer around to try it out.

2 eGo batteries 41.00
fast charger 6.50

so...thats roughly 50.00 or 52.00 with shipping.

the cone would be an extra 3.00 ( which i dont see is necessary)

If you didnt like it...you could always sell it...people seem to be crazy over it.

Just throwing an idea out there for someone.

I'm actually thinking of doing it this way.I have more than enough 510 attys so I don't need them. I want to give this cone thing a try to see what all the hype is about.

Ok Julesy...ive decided against the eGo...I'm saving for another mod...and i just cant jusify this right now. So mark me off the list. The mod im saving for is an expensive sucker, and using up most of my overtime on my next check..so i really have to curb my appetite here. Sorry for me being so iffy..but my reasonable side won out.

Thank you dahling for doing this whole co-op thingy.

About that fast charger: I looked at the pic and it appears to have a usb plug. I'm not plugging anything ecig related into my computer, SO can I plug the fast charger into the universal usb wall charger that I charge my kr808d-1 mega batts with?

You should be able to. I bought a USB hub from Ebay that plugs into an outlet. It has 7 places to plug things with a USB into it. It cost 99 cents and $4 to ship. Worked so good that I bought another for a spare.
