I have been using genesis style tanks for a while now. No problems with iHy, Zenesis, or RaTank. I recently bought a Cobra due to the tighter less airy draw then the Zenesis. Here is my problem...
I made a wick of 325 ss mesh and a 2.4 ohm coil out of 32 gauge kanthal. Once fired it drops instantly to 1.1 ohm. Fiddled with the coil and it goes back to 2.4 ohm. Fired again and it goes to 1.7 then 1.1 ohm. The wick is'nt touching the post or bottom of the tank. I'm completely thrown for a loop. It acts like a short from the wick but Ive tried more than one wick and same problem. I have completely removed the wick and its completely fine and reads 2.4 ohms as desired. And as guessed if i put the wick back in place same issue.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I got 3 ml of Agent Orange that I am dying to try...
