Coil battery question

I built a quad twisted coil with 26 gauge came out to .09 ohms that's 44 amps I'm using

them battery that give me a 40 amp limit is the 4 amps that big of a deal

I don't won't to run that low I'm whating on my ohm meter to get here had to use a buddy's if I rip out one of the coils and run signal that would give me .18 ohms right our at lest in the safer zone

4amps probably isn't a big deal, but what if your reading is off...
Accurately measuring resistance at those levels is very difficult (even with a good multimeter) and you must calculate for your readers tolerance errors.
