Bah, the never ending chase for the invisible rabbit. Only things I can suggest, wider diameter coil, cut out any excessive wicking that is restricting airflow. Other than what settings you are clearly exceeding, larger and larger clouds are not really what you got stuck in your head. Know I'm going to take a hit on this, but seriously tone it down. Last time I was chasing clouds on a mech with Nichrome80 24awg quad coils down at 0.18 felt like I was drowning in vapor, wasn't a very pleasant experience mind you, feeling like I couldn't breathe that well for about 5 or 10 minutes each time I hit that beast until the vapor had dissipated out of my lungs. To much is really sometimes to much man.

True but I get no wear near that I hit my mod until I can't take the heat from the tugboat I know I need a better tank but until I reach my limit I don't think I'll be satisfied and want to go bigger
