So I continually add more and more building supplies to my arsenal. I have a small blue container I was keeping everything in. It still works, dont get me wrong, but it just isn't efficient. Everything is messy and its a pain in the ... to carry if I'm not already carrying a bag.

Any ideas?

I have seen tackle boxes and things of that nature but wanting something a little smaller.

I often go to the local vape shop and wish I had my stuff to rewick or do anything I may need to do, and I usually dont. So any ideas would be very much appreciated.

I've converted a hard cd carrying case by stripping it out and puttin foam in that I cut out in the shapes that I wanted. I did it for a pistol but you could make compartments. Wrap the foam in elec tape, makes it last longer. Maybe look at some camera carrying cases. Lots of sizes avail and they have lots of pockets. Let us know what you end up with. I need something like that too

Yeah do a build that will last more than 10 minute at a time.... Then you won't need to carry crap to build you vape.. IMO, if, daily, you need more gear than your mod, batteries and juice to cover the time away from the work bench.. You are doing to wrong. For me this means, 4hours or less away, I grab a juice bottle, 4 hours or more, add batteries (get 8-12hours per batt). Overnight maybe add a cottonball to rewick with. Multiple days away, OK might need, to redo a coil, so a a spool to the pile. Were still taking less gear than will fit in a sandwichbag or one of the little burlap juice bags from Net.com or an Old EGO case. Heck My KIT at home ins in a 5x5x2, tin box. Got a wallet for Xmas couple years ago, source for the box.

I do....... I put that I often wish I had my stuff at the local vape shop, not always for me either. I will help others build their coils as well, I just like how your initial post towards me was to assume it's building because my coils are bad. You do realize some people build for fun, to help people, and to try new things? Just curious....

The kit I have (in the eGo case) rarely leaves the house - more just to keep stuff organized here. When I finally get the bag I want (either a Maxpedition or one of the Propper OTS XL), I will actually be able to keep stuff with me. I have some more 28g kanthal and a spool of 26g kanthal that stay in the drawer under my desk, plus I keep 2 kuro style coilers with them - those are harder to carry without losing parts. Finally got a picture of it:

That looks like the large eGo case? If it is, and you happen to be shopping at RTD Vapor, they have those in Clearance for... I think it was $3.69. In Camo only.

That's exactly what I have been trying to do! Only I can't seem to find the right kind of foam. i have been looking for a "moldable" type foam but don't think that even exists. When I have been going into craft shops, this is the analogy that I use to explain what I am trying to do. Most often I get a really weird look unitl I tell them, "Like a Gun case". Then they get it, but have NO idea how to do it!!

It is the large eGo case. Works perfect.
Contents:
Left side Bottom: 28g Kanthal - I may look for small spools to carry 26g and 28g
Left side Top: Sheets of KGD, small bag of KGD "Tasting Wicks," Cotton/Bamboo wicking material, "The blue screwdrivers"
Right Side: Jewelry flush cutters, hooked end hemostats, screwdriver assortment, coil jig
Not pictured: folding embroidery scissors (because they found their way back into my knitting bag) and my Igo-W+ for tasting
The "tasting wicks" is KGD cut 'the wrong way' so that I can easily tear a small piece off to shove under my coil

I think this is the bees knees for just taking out and about. YMMV. I just take a few basic supplies when I go out (like to the vape shop etc) like an ohm meter, wire, cotton, screwdrivers, scissors, wire cutter, two pairs of small pliers and two pairs of tweezers so this works GREAT for me. I have a much bigger/nicer laptop bag I use when I go far lol and I usually just clip this smaller one onto the strap of my laptop bag. This small bag/pouch thing works amazing and its ten bucks to boot. Tracker Toiletry Kit

I set mine up like this: middle right pocket has my ohm meter while the smallest middle pocket has my tweezers and scissors and the bigger one has cotton pads. Above that (top) I keep my tools (screwdrivers, pliers and wire cutters.) The bottom of the pouch I usually toss some battery cases with batteries in it and a few bottles of juice. Thats my out and about rebuilding kit. Works great

I used a foam mattress pad. I didn't want the egg crate look so I found a smooth one. Laid the parts on top, traced them, used extendable razor knife to cut out. You could maybe source the foam from a firm foam pillow? Sorry it took a while to respond, hope it helps

That is a really great idea! First I've heard of that. I'm totally stealing it! My B&M is super cool about letting you drip to taste but I always pass. Not anymore
