Hi guys,

Another question, I noticed one of my coils is heating up faster then the other. But once I start pulsing them they are ok. I scrapped my ceramic tweezers on the one that was slow to light up. Guys at the Vap shop checked it out everything looked good. I'm building with the shifty Allen key that came with the kit on the Griffin. And the coil that's lighting up slower I noticed both screws are starting to get stripped. The coils won't budge if you pull on them they are tight. But the one that lights up quicker both screw are nice and not stripped. Could that be my issue?

Thanks @rice721 thats what I was thinking. The two screws on the slow coil aren't as snug as the other coil. With that being said I couldn't pull the coils or budge them they are tight but I can feel itsxnitcas tight when I put the Allen key in there. Also at my shop today the guy pulled out a nice orange Allen key tool that comes with the newer Griffin tanks. I wrote to Griffin let's see if they send me one :)

It won't hurt to keep vaping it like that right? Right now my build is perfect!! 3mm dual five wrap coils at 0.17 resistance. Amazing flavor and Vap at 75 watts -95 watts :) like I mentioned once it warms up they are pretty even.

Can't say as I usually make sure both coils glow evenly at the same time in a dual setup. Doubt it would break the tank or mod.

Well they said it wouldn't hurt anything. They tried getting them to even out. Then asked if I wanted a new build but I liked the way the coil was vaping was awesome. So once they said it wouldn't harm anything we just rewicked it. The guy at the store rewicked it but he didn't do it right. Was getting hot spitback and leaking the first while. When I got home I took it apart built two new coils I was squeezing the coil that wasn't firing thanks for telling me it's the other way around haha. But I strummed them both I switched one post screw should of switched them all but didn't want to strip the new ones either. I'm going to get a better Allen key tool and rebuild and switch all the screws. Wrote Griffin to see if they send me the tool that now comes with their kits.its vaping amazing right now ohm' aren't budging and as mentioned I pulled on both coils they didn't budge they are tight enough to hold them nicely.
