I think it is just sort of the coils cooking the juice especially after chain vaping. No real problem. Some of the darker juices and the juices that have a sweetener in them seem to gunk up the coils worse. You can do a dry burn, rinse and usually that does the trick. I started building my own coils so I don't really bother with the whole dry burn thing anymore. It really is quite east to wrap your own. YouTube is one of my best friends. :D

I'm sure someone will come along and explain it much better or more accurate than me but I was just trying to help. Good luck to you and happy vaping. This is why I love ecf so much.........help people and learning new things along the way. :)

My wife's sweeter juices to the same thing, when she uses the same coil/wick without cleaning and dry-burning, or changing the head out. What I think is happening is the charred juice that gunks up the coil ends up leeching back into the juice that's in the tank, thus making it darker. Stay on top of your coils, clean and dryburn, or replace them before they get gunked up and darken up your liquid.

How often you have to do this depends on both your juice and your vaping habits. My wife tends to have this problem more them me, because she chain vapes more than I do, plus she uses much sweeter juices.

One thing about clearos is you have to properly maintain them to keep every thing, including flavor, clean.
