Coils and number of wraps.

I am into doing my own coils now aqnd using organic cotton. I am great at making and installing coils. Where I get confused it the gauge and number of wraps. I am rebuilding the Kanger Evod coils. I use an innokin itaste 134 and innokin coolfire 2. What gauge should I use and how many wraps? I am also redoing my prmetheus clone and kraken clone. Any suggestions on gauge and wraps here also? I do watch youtube but there are just so many ways and I am looking for more clarification and what is beat for my mods. Thank you.

I just keep trying til I get what I want. Seems different combos work better than others. I even tried sub ohm twisted 28 ga. It worked well in short bursts, but not for me. For me it is 28ga at 1.2 ohm so far.
