There are several of the longtime, reputable US vendors who still have the 4-packs of the Uwell Crown II coils in stock, but they aren't inexpensive!! A Google search pops them right up.
Tried it, a single place had one kind in stock for $45 for a pack was all I found with a google. Everyone else was out of stock. I bought em for the mods and assumed I would never use the cartridge tanks.

These 2 are results from a Google search I did now again. They were also there yesterday when I posted:

Uwell Crown 2 Replacement Coils - 4-Pack - 0.8ohm Kanthal ones - $13.99/pack of 4

https://cheapcoil.com/products/uwell-crown-ii-replacement-coils-0-8-ohm-4-pack - $9.99 per 4-pack - Vendor is located in, and ships from, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Bought the second one. With shipping it was 15.69 so $3 and change per coil. With rtas you generally have to buy the atty seperately. You also need a pair of scissors and a wire cutter (a set of nail clippers will do for both). Call it an extra $~60. Coils are $3 and change vs $1 in change if you buy premade coils or 30¢ if you wind your own. I forget how to do the math to figure out how long it takes to get that $60 back. In each instance. Probably less than a year for wind your owns and less than 2 for premade. With disposables you make it back in weeks. All three are well below the 5 year standard, so there is a good chance it’s better than the best investment you have. Im just running it as a backup though so it will take me longer.
