coils glowing with full tank

On a aga-t2 with 500 mesh and 30g Nichrome. 2 ohm coil that is steady, no hot spots, no lead coil glowing(washer added). wick is getting juice and burning it, but coils are still glowing. Oxidized wick in traditional manner, dry burn to break in coils and fix hot spots. Add a few drops to wick to make sure all coils are making contact with wick, not too loose not tight. Everything is perfect until I add juice to the tank, 2 or 3 good hits then coil starts to glow. Not just one coil but the whole coil nice and even. If it was one coil I know the problem and could fix it. The wick is getting juice and burning it but adjusting coils up, down, twisting does nothing. What am I missing and what's the solution?

How much volts going to the coils? Lower it?

It looks like wicking problem. Thick juice, maybe? Mesh 200-300 works much better with thick juices for me.

50/50 juice, Does the same thing at low volts or high volts. Change juice same problem. Never had this problem with my RSST only with the aga t2.

Does it taste burnt? Metallic?

Decided to take a break (frustrated) will make a new wick. torch, quench 3x's apply e liquid, burn off 3x's
