So I had an atomizer that was being a piece of junk in the first place. I went ahead and removed the metal bridge and the wicking fibers to "resurrect" it and everything was going smooth for awhile.

I was dripping, went to top it off and the next thing I know I try to take a drag and there is no sizzle, no sound and it's not heating up. Not a huge problem to think that it's dead for good... or is it? Is there any way to get it working again or should I just toss it in the trash?

It could be flodded, try blowing it out and give it a go. If is doesn't work, check resistance.

At this point I think it's toast but I wanted a second opinion.
Well you got it!

Even a doctor uses a stethoscope when he checks your heart or lungs, without one, that is the best diagnosis I can offer you at this point in time.

My predictions from my crystal ball, you will be attending a funeral soon.

My prognosis based on your symptoms, you need a new atty.

Investing in a meter can save you a ton of money in the long run! I have had attys that I was sure were dead only to find once tested, they were just fine. I would say that 90% of the time, an atty that you thought was dead, really isn't and the only way to know for sure is to test them.
Wise words oh wise one.

In Scorched's case, he has done everything with his attys except send them to the Moon. In all fairness though, if these are the same ones he's been having problems with from the beginning, he probably got some bad attys.

Scorched today is your birthday. E Cig supply for real attys at a decent price.
