Thanks for the review bud - are these batteries sound activated? I'm looking for a going out auto ecig that I can take to the bars/clubs and not have to worry about them going off to the bass. I don't go out often but when I do it's a huge analog trigger and dead batteries would ruin me lol. Also, how do you find the draw on this bad boy compared to say the Bloog or a KR808?

I have an eGo now which I love but always on the hunt for something smaller for those occasions where you just want to blend in more...

Cheers, keep up the solid reviews.

I tested it with loud speakers and with the bass turned up in my car...Couldn't fire it off...seems pretty safe to buy if your only hold back is sound activation. I've never had it misfire...the air holes are so small that it's probably near impossible.

The draw is pretty good...it's a bit louder then I would like though...not as tight as the Bloog...as for the KR...those things have been altered so many times I couldn't even give you a good comparison. But it's like a little sister to the Bloog if you ask me...as far as how well the thing works.

Like I said...this thing is small...it will feel like a real cig...I can dangle it from my lips more so then any other ecig...if you use your eGo and then pick this up...you'll be amazed at the size difference....it's very appealing.

TIP: I just started using this every day again...and I carry a really small bottle of liquid with me and top off my carto whenever I feel it needs it...really extends the life of these expensive cartos.

TIP2: Search around and see if they have a coupon code...also...the price on cartos seems to go down depending on how many you buy...I bought 10 packs...plus found a coupon code...ended up paying around $9 a pack which is still too much.

Nice review.

I'm a fan of the super minis. I started out with a SSC #7, which would be similiar in size to the Colibri. However, the Colibri really looks like another model I tried out called the Smokebot. Dunno if the parts are interchangable between the Colibri and the Smokebot, but from your video, the two models look related.

I understand what you mean when you talk about the convenience of having a PV that looks like a cigarette for when you're out and about. I primarily use a Riva510 because of the battery life, but when I go out, it's just easier to pull out the #7. I know a lot of people dig on mods, but IMO, they are clunky and ugly. To each their own, but I have little interest in carting around a big box or pipe looking thing. I prefer a small PV. The smaller the better. I can't wait until technology improves and allows super minis to have better battery life.

I think you're right that the cartomizers for the Colibri are too expensive, but they're still probably cheaper than smoking.

Looks like a nice device. Thanks for the review.

i have tried alot of different mods,carto,atties,808s,510s and nothing is as good imo as the smoke 51 duo, but the only problem with the duo is the cartos burn but when those bad boys are hitting right they out perform anything out there imo.
my next purchase will be the colibri.

thanks sense field um glade i came across your review.
