I don't know if I missed it, but I think one glaring omission is that he didn't compare these to 100% "Made in America" screwdrivers. Curious how we stack up against the Chinese "small-blue-screwdriver" industry.

THIS idea made me wonder what these ubiquitous little guys would look like if they were made and designed by a particular manufacturer.
For instance: Caravela would make a very limited release of screwdrivers that would match the serial number of your Vela. Choice of materials would be up to the owner but could include buckminsterfullerene, rhodium, Platinum-109, champagne Yttrium, anti-matter and copper. Waiting list is 6 months and they start at ~$500.
