I was thinking the same thing. I have access to an endmill at work and I tried a couple times to make one. I use a 510 setup.
In the end, they didn't work well. I don't know why. it was also very time consuming. I am sure a process could be developed to do this but I am not the one who will be able to do it. Based on my skill level with the endmill, I am thinking we should see some professional versions in the not to distant future.

there are so many cool drip tips available but i prefer flat tips. i would love to see some cool tortoise shell looking ones (specifically 801 size for the leo)! i understand you cant turn them on a lathe but im surprised no one has made one yet. if anyone else out there is with me, maybe someone will make them.

Why not cast them out of epoxy? I like to restore old cars, and I've had to cast lots of things for those - old bakelite handles and things that aren't available any more. The shape is simple, and you could do them in any color(s) of epoxy you wanted. Just use an epoxy with a high compression and shear strength.

I don't know where to find multicolored ones, but I would love to see them too. I never drip through my drip tips because, well, I'm a guy, and we have bad aim, LOL. I do know that Super T will be coming out with stainless ones . . . they might do anodized aluminum ones too, and those usually come in colors. :) Also, I'd like to find some bent pipe-like tips.
