Combining orders

Will they combine 2 orders placed hours apart? I placed a order then realized I needed a $2.50 item. I had to pay $5.99 on that $2.50 order just to place it and left a comment (plus sent a email). I know the 1st order did'nt ship yet. Did my poor planning going to cost me or do you think they will work something out.....bottom line it was my fault.

Since Dawn is probably one of the nicest people on the planet I can't see her having a problem with this. Just e-mail her with the order #.

The only problem may be the shopping cart she uses doesn't allow CC #'s to be stored (to my knowledge) - but I'm sure she'll work something out with you.

Whoever she uses as her credit card processing should allow for refunds. I know almost all of them do. In my husband's business if we see this we automatically ship the orders together and refund shipping. We also do not store credit card numbers but the merchant account do.

Oh yea, I'm sure Dawn will ship them out together! If Dawn doesn't get a reply to you tonight, she'll get back to you tomorrow for sure. Best customer service in the business!

Yeah you ROCK . Got your email when I got home then went here to post! I screwed up and YOU fixed it. I got me a NEW supplier and I gotta say...as a fanboy of a popular Cinnamon juice (which I wont name but you all know which one) I decided to give Dawn's RED HOTS a try..better MUCH BETTER. I had to order more.
