I think he meant for only juices to be 40% off and you could just add hardware into the same order, but the hardware wouldn't be discounter. Previously you would have to do two separate orders, but it looks like he's got it figured out now how to combine orders and only discount what should be discounted. 40% off all hardware would be a bit extreme I think.
