Hi. Bought an silver cig e-move 25, and does anyone know how to tell if its charging? Whenever i put my charger in, it says "100", sometimes "95" so with that I thought it was fully charged... Nope, screwed the tank back on and it says "LO" when I start it.

The cause of the problem could be many reasons. Suggest you take tank and mod to a local vape shop and let them analyze. if they determine a faulty component, your device may still be under warranty and can be replaced free of charge.
