I know Dr. Crimmy's does (my go-to juice), but I haven't purchased from any other company in like 6 months. Just looking for a little variety .. maybe a couple flavors Crimmy's doesn't offer.

1.5 seems to not be too common.

If you find a 3mg/ml Flavor you Like, and they offer it on 0mg, you could Mix Equal Parts together to make 1.5mg/ml.

Well, I sub-ohm dual coils and I chain vape a lot, so I don't think 1.5 is too weird of a step before 0.

Just email and ask, most of them will do it no problem, unless they mix all their juice beforehand. It's just not a popular strength so it's usually not listed.
