Comparable to eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers

I have been using Smoktech's eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers for years and have found them to be the best vapour producers, throat hit and flavour for my personal taste. I've had trouble finding these over the last year or so and wondered if anyone in ECF world can offer their suggestion for a comparable cartomizer or tank that is close to what the eGo Mega Dual Coil cartos offer.

Yes exactly but I'm in Canada and supply seems to dry out rather quickly here.
