Compatibility problem with VIVI Nova!

Dear Liberty Flights,

I have compatibility problems with my Vivi Nova tank!
I purchased a Vivi Nova kit from you some weeks ago.
It contained 3 pieces of short wick coil heads. They vape very nice. No problem with them.
Then I purchased a long wick head for the Vivi Nova tank from a different supplier (here in my country).

My problem is:
If I put on the long wick coil head on the Vivi Nova base and start to screw the tank on my device, it doesn't work at all!
If I screw it tighter and much stronger on my device (which is definitely NOT good for the connection of my device), it starts working, but sometimes it still doesn't fire. It's very unreliable. Sometimes it works sometimes doesn't.
I thought maybe the connection of my device became faulty, but THEN I remembered that: with the previous (short wick) coil head the Vivi Nova tank worked perfectly.
So I removed the long wick coil head and re-attached the short wick version. My device works perfect again. I don't have to screw the tank on very hard. If I screw the tank on cautiously (without screwing it all the way down), it already fires perfectly.
So I thought, the fault is maybe not in my device, and not in the tank itself, but maybe the two coil heads are different!
I started to compare the two coil heads under a magnifier and I found one difference between them!
A little part of the long wick version is wider than the part on the short wick version!

If you watch it exactly from above, the little part on the short wick version (on the right side of the photo) is almost invisible. The little part on the long wick version (on the left side) is easy to see. They are definitely not the same size.

I guess, the short wick version (on the right side) is "the Vivi Nova coil head 2.0" and the long wick version (on the left side) is the "Vivi Nova coil head 2.5" version.
Is it possible that the never version has a different connection and it's not fully compatible with the Vivi Nova TANK 2.0?
Or do you think that the long wick version is maybe not an original Vision product? Can it be a counterfeit?
As I said I purchased the short wick version (included in the kit) from YOU. The long wick version was purchased from the different supplier.
Is it possible that the coil heads they are selling are not original Vision Vivi Nova coil heads?

I also noticed this, I have the 2.0 vivi kit and then bought some extra replacement heads. This first extra ones i got were the same, no problem. I then noticed there were different versions out so I thought just in case the new version vivi s heads were not the same I better purchase some others. I got this set of 4 from another place as the short wicks were harder to find now. I got in them in and they looked the same but did not work. I sent them back and purchased some others and these did work. What is going on? I like my vivi nova 2.0 works like a charm. I now have 3 of the short wicked ones. I guess I will be forced to make my own wicks or not be able to get the short wicked ones any more.
I can understand making the longer wicked ones as some users like longer wicks, but to change the whole head and make the 2.0 version completely obsolete?
I also should say that I also ordered a long wicked one out of curiosity because it was on sale for a great price 9.99 and when I got it out and filled with juice it would not work well, hardly any vapor and the taste was so muted one would have thought it was non flavored juice.This one also had a completely different head and center post. The center post was shorter and the head was longer and completely incompatable wi I returned this one also. I got an email from the vendor and said he apologized as it was a batch of the version 1.0 . He had got them from a vendor and was not told they were the older ones. I wonder how many of these older ones are out there being sold as version 2.5? I remember hearing that the version 1.0 had a lot of problems wicking. I hate to think that people are getting these older ones and getting a bad experience and giving the vivi nova a bad rap.

PS these were all sold in and bought in the US.

I don't know where your replacement heads came from, all our stock comes from Vision so it might be another manufacturer and they are not quite the same products?

There is a slight difference between the original release and 2.5 heads.
