This could well be the silliest question ever but....

Is there an adapter so I can use my V2 battery with a Vision eGo Clearomizer - V3, long wicks, aka CE4 or stardust?

I have googled this and am now more confused than I was before

Yep. You need an 808 to 510 adapter.

Even though it says "This Cartomizer works with eGo/eGo-T/eGo-C batteries. Does not fit 510/510-T batteries"

Kiwi, you need an eGo thread for them, or at least mine does. It is not 510. So an adapter to the eGo is what you need. Heck, just buy an eGo, it was made for them not whatever thing you have.
