So I am on the search to buy a 510, but I am confused where to buy it from. It looks like Dragonfly ecig, Totally wicked, and Health cabin carry the Joye 510. My question is, are they all the same, or are they different. All of the ecigs have different packages, but part for part the TW is most expensive and HC is least. Anyone know if these are all the same, or all completely different?

A lot of them are the same thing "authentic Joye 510's" just sold by different companies at different prices. Some of the companies will rebrand them with their own name. Other companies modify the parts or make their own and sell those under a different name.
There are also atomizers for the 510 that are SLB brand which are cheaper than the Joye brand. I prefer Joye's but some people like the SLB's.
It can be quite confusing.
