I'm still puffing on my very 1st ecig as I post this. New enuf? I quit the real thing at noon today, slapped a patch on my shoulder and bought a no nicotine disposable at the corner store to keep my mouth and hands busy.

So far, it works great! I feel completely at ease all day. I would really prefer to have the ecig with nicotine juice and forego the patch, but I'm in Canada and that seems difficult, if not impossible from the little research I've done.

I think our government is probably missing the boat on the most effective stop smoking aid available. I'm no conspiracy theory nut, but one has to question their motives....

Welcome Lwizzit. I was on patches to start with too. I had to stop using them because I developed a bad rash unfortunately. If they work for you that's terrific. Combined with the whole physical thing of vaping I think you're off to a great start. Some of the members in Canada may know how to get nic juice - although if patches and vaping zero nic work for you then go for it.:)

I don't live in Canada but from the few Canadian related threads I have read it seems like it is not illegal in Canada or even hard to get nic juice. It seems like they are after the Canadian vendors so you might have a hard time finding a place locally to supply you with nic juice. While you will still probably be able to find Canadian vendors, it should be readily available from your southern neighbors or overseas. After you have 5 posts you can go to the Canadian forum where you can get much better information than I can give you.
