Complex flavor options?

The folks at my local vape shop do not recommend or stock certain flavor types, specifically the buttery dessert flavors, cinnamon, and citrus.
I am really happy that they seem so knowledgable and safety-conscious; however, I'm not crazy about the flavors they stock so I'm looking for some alternatives.

It seems like the bulk of the juice out there is one of three basic types: tobacco-y, creamy-sweet, or candy-fruity. I am not really into any of those.

Currently I'm vaping 11 mg clove in a DC Cutie/ego c twist. I am looking for something less sweet and more complex, more like culinary or botanical herbs and spices, but when I look at some of the boutique juice vendors, their mixes seem to contain a lot of the citrus, cinnamon or creamy elements that I've been advised to avoid.

Any suggestions for how to find some great complex flavors that don't deaden my taste buds, ruin my tank, or give me popcorn lung?

I have been vaping Antifreeze fro E-slim, it is a mixture of Mountain dew, watermelon, cherry, Koolada with a touch of menthol. Kind of fruity, but not very. I am also a big fan of his sanke juice! check out Slims, he is doing it right!
