Really? Serious as a heart attack, I haven't watched TV for six weeks. That dry spell should end tomorrow. I've missed it, especially the commercials. LOL

i used to feel that way but have since realized that paying for cable is a waste money. my old roommates had to have premium channels and DVR boxes. our tv/internet bill was almost $200 a month. now where i'm living we're just paying $40ish a month for internet (split 3 ways so $13-$15 each). i'll pull 1.5mb/sec on a lot of downloads so getting one tv show doesn't take long.
between streaming Netflix, torrents and websites i can find just about any show i want. i'm hooked on Sons of Anarchy and have been getting the episodes and watching them before they even air here on the west coast. it takes a bit more effort to find stuff (which doesn't bother me since i know where to look), but it's better than paying out the ... for cable tv.

The funny thing is, it wasn't that difficult. Although, I did hear about several items from co-workers which I was previously unaware of. Somehow, it has been liberating.

I went the same six weeks that I went without cable TV without broadband internet. During that time, I used my car's WiFi to get online. Not fast enough to support VOIP, but fast enough to allow my lazy .... to not find a solution for that long.NCC, try 24 hours without internet

No, there's a new episode tomorrow. Therefore Conan is not over. IT WILL GO ON FOREVER.
I think Conan had Olbermann as a guest once. Or was that Leno? Anyway, I like Conan OK. Sometimes he does dumb stuff I can't get into, like that moronic .........ing bear routine, which went on forever.
